At Yelp for Help, we believe productivity starts with support, and that is exactly what the platform incentivizes. Employees have the chance to anonymously review their fellow coworkers to provide words of encouragement, praise, love, obsession, constructive feedback, hate, anger, threats, criticism, and much more! With every written review, an employee is also required to rate their coworker in "diamonds." 1 diamond indicates the poorest performance, and 5 diamonds indicates the best! Any and all feedback is accepted, making Yelp for Help a completely unbiased review platform!
